The Women's Art Activation System

The Women’s Art Activation System (WAAS) is an artist collective formed in December 2016 by Sharon Bennett and Sarah Dixon with the aim of supporting, exploring and promoting women’s art.

The WAAS activates the creation of work of its members, either collectively or as individuals, as well as activating women’s art more widely by the creation and sharing of information, materials, ideas and processes that can be applied and used elsewhere, by other people and organisations, to activate women’s art.
