Glimmer and the Goddess (2018)

A project exploring the collection of the Horniman Museum looking at the theme of animism and working with community members, hospice patients, bereaved family members, primary school children to create a large-scale public performance work.


The mantle was created through dry felting over four months and the mask head was created with willow, shells, beads and collage. The performance created a storyline with folk song about journeys to the unk​nown understanding the journey is the destination.
